About the Role
Miko builds AI driven playful learning robots for children — blending conversational AI, adaptive learning, and joyful play into a device trusted by families worldwide. As a PM Intern, you'll work directly with a Senior PM on our Learning module (skill progression, adaptive content) and Reporting module (parent dashboards, engagement analytics), with real ownership across discovery, spec, and launch.
What You'll Do
- Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features in the Learning and Reporting modules.
- Conduct user research; synthesize parent and child feedback into actionable product decisions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to drive features from spec to launch.
- Track and analyse product metrics; build dashboards to monitor engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
- Use AI tools actively for research, content synthesis, and workflow automation to move faster.
- Identify friction in the current product experience and propose data-backed improvements.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, CS, Design, Business, or related field.
- Solid tech understanding — comfortable with how apps, APIs, and databases work; can hold your own with engineers.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as everyday instruments.
- Strong written communication; ability to turn ambiguous problems into crisp, structured specs.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable forming a hypothesis and validating it with data.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior PM, UX research, or growth internship experience.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) or product tools (Figma, Notion, Jira).
- Interest in EdTech or consumer products for kids.
