This role sits at the intersection of workplace operations,
compliance, and employee experience. You will ensure seamless office
operations, drive audit and compliance readiness, and support ESG and global
office coordination. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong vendor
management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to
support a growing, global organization.
What You’ll Own & Drive
· Manage end-to-end facility and
office operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace
· Oversee maintenance,
housekeeping, security, and office infrastructure
· Coordinate with vendors for
issue resolution and preventive maintenance
· Lead and coordinate audits (DPA,
QMS, ISO) and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
· Maintain audit documentation and
drive timely closure of observations
· Support ESG initiatives
including data tracking, reporting, and compliance (SBTi, EcoVadis, GHG
tracking)
· Maintain ESG trackers for
stakeholders and investors
· Manage vendor contracts in
coordination with procurement and legal teams (NDA, DPA, SLA, etc.)
· Maintain vendor database and
ensure compliance documentation
· Handle vendor billing,
invoicing, and expense tracking (including corporate credit cards)
· Coordinate with finance and
procurement teams for approvals and closures
· Support employee onboarding and
offboarding processes
· Drive internal events, employee
engagement activities, and office initiatives
· Coordinate operations for global
offices (UK & US), including vendor management and. compliance
· Manage compliance tools (e.g.,
Complinity) and internal systems
What Success Looks Like
In the first
6–12 months, you will:
· Establish smooth and efficient
office operations with minimal disruptions
· Ensure 100% audit readiness and
timely closure of compliance requirements
· Build strong vendor partnerships
with improved service levels and cost efficiency
· Strengthen ESG reporting
accuracy and tracking mechanisms
· Deliver high-quality employee
experience through seamless workplace operations
· 4–6 years experience in
workplace operations, administration, or facilities management
· Strong vendor management and
stakeholder coordination skills
· Working knowledge of audits,
compliance frameworks, and documentation
· Basic understanding of ESG
reporting and sustainability metrics is a plus
· High ownership with strong
execution and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment
