Job Description
Qure.ai is seeking a Health Economist to support the generation of high-quality economic evidence demonstrating the value of its AI-enabled medical technologies across global healthcare systems. The role will involve designing and executing health economic analyses to support product adoption, reimbursement, and strategic partnerships, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

This position requires a strong foundation in health economic modelling, the ability to work across clinical, commercial, and technical domains, the ability to translate complex data into compelling value propositions, and comfort operating in real-world, interdisciplinary environments typical of healthcare AI.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead health economic evaluations including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, budget impact, and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of Qure.ai's products across global healthcare settings.
  • Develop and maintain economic models that support payer engagement, pharmaceutical partnerships, reimbursement pathways, and public health programs.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and real-world evidence into compelling economic outcomes for health systems, providers, payers, and life sciences stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, Regulatory, and Operations teams to create evidence-based value narratives and support product adoption.
  • Generate high-quality HEOR evidence through literature reviews, HTA submissions, publications, conference presentations, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring methodological rigor and reproducibility.

    • Skills and Expertise

    • Master’s degree or PhD in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related quantitative discipline.
    • 4–6 years of relevant experience in health economics, HEOR, or economic modelling within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting environments.
    • Hands-on experience building health economic models and proven track record of developing economic models specifically for pharmaceutical or medical device value propositions.
    • Deep understanding of US reimbursement mechanisms, payer perspectives and health insurance dynamics considered a strong advantage
    • Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with R, Stata, or similar tools is an advantage.
    • Ability to synthesize evidence across disciplines and communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate project needs and potential obstacles.
    • Flexibility to adapt methodological and communication approaches to serve diverse stakeholders.
    • A commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in AI and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes.
