Deep-tech Work India ("the Site", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://deeptechwork.in, is a free, independently operated directory that aggregates publicly available job listings from the career pages of Indian deep-tech companies. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational directory and search tool only. We collect and display job listings that companies publish on their own public career pages, and we link users back to those companies. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, employment consultant, or hiring intermediary, and we do not participate in any hiring, interview, selection, or onboarding process.

2. No employment or agency relationship

Nothing on the Site creates an employer–employee, agency, recruiter, or representative relationship between you and us, or between you and any company listed. We do not act on behalf of any listed company, and listed companies do not act on our behalf. Any application, communication, contract, or employment that results from a listing is solely between you and the relevant company.

3. Accuracy and timeliness of listings

Job listings are fetched automatically from third-party sources and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the directory current (listings are refreshed regularly), we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, current, still open, or genuine. A role may be filled, withdrawn, changed, or expired before our data is next updated. Always verify role details, eligibility, location, compensation, and application status directly with the hiring company before acting on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information shown on the Site.

4. Third-party content, names, and trademarks

Company names, logos, brand names, descriptions, job titles, and listing content belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and informational purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or affiliation with the Site, and does not imply our endorsement of any company. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective holders.

5. No endorsement

Inclusion of a company or role in the directory is not a recommendation, verification, or endorsement of that company, its hiring practices, its working conditions, or the legitimacy of any specific listing. We do not screen, vet, or background-check the companies or roles displayed.

6. External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including company career pages, application portals, and our newsletter. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, availability, or security of those external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

7. No guarantee of employment

We do not guarantee that using the Site, viewing a listing, or submitting an application will result in any interview, job offer, or employment. Hiring outcomes are determined entirely by the respective companies.

8. Beware of recruitment fraud

The Site is free to use and we never charge job seekers any fee, nor do we request payment, bank details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in exchange for a job, interview, or listing. Be cautious of anyone — including parties who may misuse a company's name — who asks for money, a "registration"/"training"/"processing" fee, or confidential financial information as a condition of employment. Such requests are common signs of a job scam. We are not responsible for the conduct of any third party, and you should report and avoid suspicious offers.

9. Newsletter

Our newsletter is provided for general information. Subscribing does not create any obligation or guarantee on our part and is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the newsletter platform on which it is hosted.

10. Job alerts by email

Skill-based job alerts are a free, best-effort convenience. Subscribing creates no obligation on our part to send you anything, and we give no guarantee that any alert will be sent, delivered, or arrive on time. Alerts are generated by an automated process and depend on third-party infrastructure and on your own email provider, so they may be delayed, filtered as spam, silently dropped, or not sent at all — for reasons inside or outside our control.

Which roles appear in an alert is decided by automated skill matching, which is approximate. An alert may omit roles you would consider relevant, include roles you would not, or list a role that has since been filled, withdrawn, or changed — the accuracy limits in Section 3 apply equally to alert emails. Alerts may also include sponsored or promoted listings relevant to the skill you subscribed to.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue alerts entirely, at any time and without notice, including for individual subscribers. Accordingly, do not rely on alerts as your only means of tracking openings — check the Site or the company's own career page directly. We accept no liability for any missed opportunity, deadline, or loss arising from an alert that was late, incomplete, inaccurate, or never delivered.

11. Intellectual property of the Site

The Site's original design, layout, compilation, categorisation, and presentation are our property and are protected by applicable laws. You may browse and share links to listings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit the directory or its compiled data without our prior written permission.

12. Company submissions and removal requests

Companies may submit themselves for inclusion or request the correction or removal of their listings. If you are an authorised representative of a company and wish to update or remove a listing, contact us at contact@deeptechwork.in and we will address reasonable requests promptly. We reserve the right to add, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, its owner, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including loss of opportunity, data, or income — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any information, listing, or link contained on it. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

14. No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, career, financial, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice where appropriate.

15. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

16. Governing law

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
