Assistant Manager - TA

Purpose of the role:

The incumbent is responsible to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the Robotics domain by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. The role requires deep understanding of technology and engineering hiring, proactive talent mapping, and the ability to attract high caliber professionals industrial automation domain. The individual will partner closely with business leaders, engineering managers, and functional heads to build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions supporting business growth and innovation initiatives.

Functional Skills:

1. Knowledge and exposure to sourcing profiles from various job portals. 
2. Understanding of salary structures & bands. 
3. Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition. 
4. Understanding of Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Design, AI/ML, Computer Vision, ROS (Robot Operating System), Warehouse Automation, AMRs/AGVs, and Industrial Software. 
5. Ability to assess the right candidate based on technical skills, industry experience, and project exposure. 
6. Familiarity with talent pools from Robotics, Industrial Automation, Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.
