Engineer- Assembly

1 Managing end to end assembly process of Product to meet plan vs. actual targets as per monthly plan 

2 Study mechanical & electrical drawings and specifications to understand assembly requirements and ensure accurate execution. 

3 Supervise and upskill assembly team members to achieve monthly production targets and maintain quality standards. 

4 Preparation & Implementation of assembly documents like PFD, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plan, Check sheet etc. 

5 Monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed, while minimizing production errors during assembly. 

6 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and increase operational efficiency. 

7 Collaborate with other departments, such as design and quality, to resolve assembly-related issues and implement design changes. 

8 Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 

9 Ensure the availability of the right materials at the right time to complete assembly according to schedule. 

10 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
