                                                    Purpose of the role

To perform high-quality overhead welding in the 4G (Overhead Groove) position on structural steel, metal, and fabricated components, ensuring adherence to welding specifications, quality standards, productivity targets, and workplace safety regulations.

                                                     Technical Skills Required

  1. Proficient in 4G overhead groove welding.
  2. Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  3. Knowledge of WPS, PQR, and welding standards.
  4. Familiarity with measuring instruments such as steel rule, vernier calliper, welding gauges and other relatable measuring instruments.
  5. Basic knowledge of welding defects and corrective actions.
