1. Proactively resolve all the equipment and product breakdowns within the defined TAT at the customer site.
2. Ensuring all the breakdowns are properly registered within same day & report is sent to Addverb Head Office on a daily basis.
3.Analyze all the breakdowns happening repeatedly and prepare required preventive action plan for critical breakdown.
4. Ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance plan of all the equipment as per Addverb guidelines or check sheets.
5. Prepare logs of all the breakdown maintenance activities which are being generated due to equipment operation.
6. Analyse all the breakdowns happening repeatedly and prepare required Preventive action plan for critical breakdown
7. Record spare parts consumption, anomalies, recommendations, insufficiencies, etc with the Addverb Head Office post completion of PM plan and getting the customer consent on it. Ensuring all spares and consumables are available with required tools & tackles for smooth running & maintenance of site.
8. Prepare Root cause analysis of all critical/repeated breakdowns and ensure the same is communicated, approved, and shared within specified TAT.
9. Comply with safety practices and protocols as per the Addverb and client’s Safety guidelines, repot any unsafe incidence to the concerned parties on time.
10. Guide customer’s operation team and their support staff for proper up-keeping of equipment as per Addverb’s guideline.
11. Ensure proper Handover and takeover (HOTO) happens daily with all information being properly logged and passed on to the next shift member.
12. Accountable for all Addverb’s assets (tools & tackles) which are available at site during shift.
13 Should have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and pain points. Analyse repeat errors in the deployed solution and share the report with HO team.
14. Provide guidance, mentorship & support (technical / emotional) to team to achieve performance targets; ensure support from cross-functional teams, if required.
