Purpose of the role:

The incumbent will be responsible for designing and developing robust software solutions for products in the domains of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics, and IoT. The role includes defining software architecture, ensuring scalability and performance, and mentoring the development team to drive technical excellence and innovation. 


Technical Skills Required:

  1. Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying high-volume, scalable applications.  
  2. Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and central system architectures. 
  3. Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Java17+. 
  4. Experience with frameworks such Spring, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs.  
  5. Knowledge of JPA, MS SQL, and database modelling/design. 
  6. Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure for cloud architecture.  
  7. Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.  
  8. Strong skills in data modelling and database design.  
  9. Knowledge of coding methods with a focus on secure software development practices.Java, Database like MSSQL, MYSQL, Springboot Framework, Redis, Data structure, Linux, basics of Kubernetes

Job Responsibility:

  1. Understand the requirement and define the Database and Application structure under the guidance of Software Architect. 
  2. Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code for various software applications and systems. 
  3. Prepare the Functional Requirement Document (covering all use cases) for each project basis the Functional Specific 
  4. Document provided by the BA Team (in collaboration with the BA team).  
  5. Guide junior and mid-level developers, offering technical support and helping them grow in their roles. 
  6. Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems in UAT/ Production.  
  7. Work closely on the deadlines of the projects assigned. 
  8. Take ownership of product implementations at customer site. 
  9. Hands on product development for assigned product/ module.  
  10. Should be able to handle application performance in production. 
  11. Work with customers to understand automation requirements.  
  12. Review and merge code for all the changes made by the development team under your span of control.  
  13. Conduct sprint meetings and demos as per designated schedule and identify potential roadblocks in the development process and resolve them in a timely manner. 


Minimum Qualification:  B Tech (CS/ IT or equivalent) 

Years of experience: 5-7 years
