Manager- Production Planning & Control

- 1 Monthly billing and manufacturing planning & scheduling 

2 Planning – Backlog incorporated in next day plan, revision of plan on continuous basis 

3 Dispatch - Provide FG Code to dispatch with value 4 Receive input from PMO, aftersales and R&D for month planning by 20th of each month. 

5 Review business and projects requirement including backlog from previous months 

6 Discuss with SCM, production, ME on availability of raw material and resources to meet the monthly requirement 

7 Provide priorities and align the inhouse components manufacturing (Machine shop & Fabrication) on monthly basis. 

8 Release monthly IH manufacturing plan based on projects timeline and raw material availability by 1 st of every month 

9 Share data on time with ME team for resource planning. 

10 Review and plan to maintain inventory of machining items for defined standard products 

11 Review manufacturing and dispatch plan of projects to optimize delivery cost released by team. 

12 Attend weekly review of projects with PMO, Project, SCM and design team. 

13 Incorporate changes in the plan basis the weekly review of projects with PMO, Project, SCM and design team. 

14 Provide priorities and align the inhouse components manufacturing (Machine shop & Fabrication) on monthly basis for clear microlevel planning. 

15 Release day wise plan for inhouse components (Machine shop & Fabrication) and review   plan vs actual on daily basis as per the tracker 

16 Plan and review R&D inhouse components as per the process on daily basis as per the defined SOP
