Engineers, researchers, or operators whose skills don't map to a currently listed position
People with unusual or cross-disciplinary backgrounds who can connect the dots across the stack, from Torch to transistors
Anyone who has followed our work and has a clear idea of how they could contribute
### What We're Looking For
A track record of excellence in your field — whatever that field is
A clear, specific answer to "what would you do at Agrani?" — the more concrete, the better
Bias for ownership and comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Willingness to work from Bengaluru is a plus, though we'll consider remote for exceptional candidates
