## Role Overview
## Amperehour Solar Technology is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Electrical Engineer with experience in substation, solar, wind, or BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) installations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project execution, including installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination, while ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety norms.
## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment and renewable energy systems.
* Interpret and work from electrical drawings, layouts, plans, and schematics.
* Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
* Thoroughly understand project technical specifications, engineering codes, and applicable safety standards.
* Proactively identify issues during execution and take necessary actions for timely resolution.
* Prepare technical reports, maintain daily progress updates, and document project milestones to ensure traceability and accountability.
* Ensure quality control, adherence to technical specifications, and compliance with health and safety regulations at the project site.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
* Background in substation, solar, wind, or BESS installation.
* Strong ability to read, interpret, and work with electrical drawings and schematics.
* Hands-on experience in site supervision, testing, commissioning, and technical documentation.
* Good understanding of engineering codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
* Strong communication and coordination skills for site and contractor management.
* Proactive problem-solving attitude and ownership of site-related issues.
