At Axldrone, you'll work on cutting-edge technology, take ownership of meaningful projects, and collaborate with a team driven to push boundaries every day. ## Engineering Designer Apply now Location: Palakkad / Kochi / Kozhikode Reports to: Engineering Experience: 3+ years ### Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (mandatory) * Experience with CAD modeling, drafting, and design documentation * Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerances * Ability to analyze test results and apply engineering judgment to design improvements * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy and quality ### Key Responsibilities * Translate concepts, requirements, and ideas into detailed engineering designs and functional products * Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using Autodesk Fusion 360 * Develop and maintain accurate blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation * Design, build, and support prototypes; conduct testing and validation activities * Analyze test data and iterate designs to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability * Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle * Support manufacturing processes by addressing design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) considerations * Estimate material, tooling, and production costs during the design phase * Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements * Identify opportunities to improve existing products through innovation, optimization, and cost reduction * Assist with troubleshooting design or production issues as needed ### Type Of Position * Full-time * Send your resumes to arathi@actionfi.com
