### Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems.
* Work on PCB design, schematic creation, and component selection.
* Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve existing electronic systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and production teams.
* Lead and manage electronics-related projects from concept to deployment.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
* Maintain proper documentation of designs, processes, and test results.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics design and development.
* Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
* Experience in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
* Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
* Good understanding of testing and debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
* Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with RF systems or IoT devices.
* Knowledge of firmware development or embedded C.
* Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
* Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team.
