### Solution Design & Delivery
* Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients to develop effective solutions.
* Organize, plan, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
* Translate solutions into meaningful experiments supported by business cases.
* Oversee technical scoping, design, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live.
### Strategic Solution Development
* Craft solution offerings that address customer challenges and market needs.
* Develop go-to-market strategies, including business cases, first-call decks, marketing materials, and reusable assets.
* Prepare and present solution propositions and materials to customers.
### Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Delivery Leads, Developers, and QA teams, to align solutions with client needs.
* Provide client feedback to the broader team to enhance product development.
### Technical & Process Leadership
* Collaborate with developers, leadership, and architects to bring strategic technical visions to life.
* Influence project scope and solution delivery to ensure timely and efficient execution.
* Participate in research and design of new systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
* Ensure requirements are documented, consistent, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
### Agile & Workflow Methodologies:
* Apply Agile concepts such as Scrum, SAFe, and Agile workflow methodologies.
* Work with Agile teams on complex projects, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
* Prioritize, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
### Standards & Best Practices:
* Establish and contribute to standardized processes and best practices.
* Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues.
### Key Qualifications & Skills:
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in business/system requirements and technical analysis.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Agile workflow concepts.
* Experience working with Agile teams on complex projects in a dynamic environment.
* Deep understanding of business processes behind applications and software integration.
* Strong grasp of business and technology processes, software implementation, and enterprise solutions.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including process documentation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests effectively.
