### Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
* Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business requirements, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
* Develop and execute complex SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and other technical components to support functional processes.
* Utilize SOAP and REST web services to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data exchange
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
* Provide support for both technical and functional issues, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
* Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend best practices and effective solutions.
* Conduct regular testing and system validation, and provide quality assurance on all customizations and configurations.
* Deliver user training and create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a techno-functional role, ideally in ERP or enterprise application environments.
* Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs, with experience in integrating applications.
* Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics, etc.) and business processes, particularly in finance
* Experience with AL code or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
