BonV Aero is a deep-tech drone company building advanced UAV solutions for regulated sectors like defense and logistics. We are looking for law professionals to support our compliance and legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents (NDAs, contracts, agreements)
- Support compliance tracking, audits, and statutory documentation
- Conduct legal research on regulations and industry practices
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners
- Maintain legal records, data rooms, and documentation workflows
- Support corporate governance, policy drafting, and compliance processes
Eligibility:
- LLB (final year or recent graduate)
- Internship experience in legal/compliance functions
Skills:
- Strong communication and research skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate laws
- Attention to detail and high integrity
