#### ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented V&V (Verification & Validation) Engineer – Senior to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional development teams throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to test planning, validation strategies, troubleshooting support, and system-level verification activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test methodologies, automation frameworks, RF and digital test environments, and requirements-based testing. The role also involves field testing, documentation, and supporting continuous integration workflows to ensure reliable and high-quality product releases.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive verification and validation plans for embedded, RF, and signal processing systems.
* Define acceptance criteria, test strategies, and requirements-based validation methodologies.
* Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, hardware, and system engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and related tools.
* Perform RF and digital hardware testing using lab equipment and automated test setups.
* Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing environments.
* Plan and execute field testing activities for SIGINT and related systems.
* Analyze system failures, assist in troubleshooting, and provide validation insights to development teams.
* Maintain regression testing workflows for software and FPGA releases where applicable.
* Generate and maintain technical documentation, test reports, validation records, and compliance documentation.
* Support CI/CD and automated test execution using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
* Ensure adherence to applicable testing standards and internal quality processes.
#### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in Verification & Validation, System Testing, or Integration Testing.
* Strong programming skills in Python with experience in automation frameworks such as PyVISA and pytest.
* Experience working with RF and digital test equipment and automated measurement setups.
* Good understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) frameworks.
* Experience in test planning, test case development, and requirements-based testing.
* Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
* Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in technical documentation and reporting using LaTeX, Confluence, or similar tools.
* Knowledge of FPGA validation and automated regression testing is an added advantage.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel for field trials and on-site testing activities when required.
