Position: Satellite AIT Engineer -Electrical
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment Type: Full -Time
Reports To: Lead – AIT
Job Summary:
Responsible for the electrical integration, checkout, verification, and troubleshooting of
satellite subsystems and payloads. Supports spacecraft assembly, functional testing,
environmental testing, launch -site activities, and anomaly resolution to ensure delivery
of a flight -ready spacecraft.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Integrate spacecraft electrical subsystems including:

Power System (EPS)
> •
On -Board Computer (OBC)
> •
Telemetry, Tracking & Command (TT&C)
> •
RF systems
> •
ADCS electronics
> •
Payload electronics
> •
Propulsion electronics (if applicable).
2. Develop wiring harness specifications and interconnect diagrams using WireViz &
Other tools.
3. Perform Spacecraft harnessing, grounding/bonding strategies, EMI/EMC control,
cleanroom integration, environmental test facilities, interpreting schematics &
ICDs electrical harness installation and verification.
4. Verify connector pinouts and cable continuity.
5. Ensure compliance with interface control documents (ICDs).

7. Support spacecraft Environmental testing campaigns for below:

Electrical monitoring during thermal cycles and Functional testing at hot and
cold conditions.

Pre - and post -vibration, shock, EMC/EMI electrical health checks.
8. Prepare and maintain Integration procedures, Test procedures, Test reports,
Electrical schematics, Wiring documentation, Configuration records.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics with 2 -3 years of hands on End -to -end
satellite electrical AIT.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in CAD software and electrical simulation tools for cable harness & wire
routing.
2. Hands on of Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT), Failure Analysis, PCB Rework,
Cable Harness Integration, and Component -Level Debugging.
3. Hands -on with Test & Integration Tools like Oscilloscopes, Spectrum, power & Logic
analysers, Digital Multimeters, Data acquisition systems.
4. Knowledge on software tools as below.
