Position: Imagery Analyst
Location: On-site with client, Delhi
Role Context:
The imagery analyst will work closely with end-users to operationalize imagery analytics
tools, process real-world datasets, and translate algorithmic outputs into actionable insights.
The role bridges technical execution, product feedback, and client engagement to help
shape future product features.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute multi-temporal image processing workflows using packaged
change-detection applications on client datasets.
● Conduct training sessions, develop quick-reference guides, and demonstrate
real-world use cases for customers.
● Interpret algorithm outputs (change masks, confidence scores) and create actionable
deliverables such as annotated maps, dashboards, and case studies.
● Identify and document edge cases, false positives/negatives, and usability
challenges; recommend workflow or UI enhancements for upcoming sprints.
● Work with software engineers to fine-tune configuration parameters and validate
performance improvements against QC baselines.
● Engage with client stakeholders to understand domain needs and translate them into
clear, actionable product feature briefs.
● Hands on experience on the software for report generation and briefing the customer
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAR and multispectral satellite images
● Strong understanding of imagery data structures and analytical workflows
● Proficiency with QGIS/ArcGIS, and image processing softwares GDAL/Rasterio,
and basic geoprocessing pipelines
● Ability to communicate complex technical insights through clear visuals and concise
narratives
● Familiarity with YAML/JSON configurations, Git, and CLI-based toolchains for
iterative testing
● Excellent documentation and presentation discipline
