The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial functions. The CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.  

Job Location : Technopark , Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability.
  • Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

2. Financial Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-today financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement.

3. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability.

4. Ensure Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings.

6. Audit and Risk Management:

  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.

  • Compliance: Experience in GST and other tax and statutory compliances.
  • Tech Savy: Proficient in the latest accounting software.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and contribute to the company's overall strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 10-20 years of experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

 Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and relevant regulatory requirements.
