Recruitment Lead (3-5 Years)

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies. The role involves developing hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, collaborating with department heads, and improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the recruitment team.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare MIS reports.
• Drive employer branding, campus hiring, and employee referral initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and implement recruitment SOPs and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Experience in handling bulk hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and niche hiring.
• Experience in manufacturing, IT, technology, healthcare, or service industries will be an added advantage.
• International hiring experience will be considered an added advantage.
