Field Engineer-UAV Operations

Conduct field trials, demonstrations, and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for UAV systems and associated equipment.
Ensure system readiness, including hardware, software, accessories, and all required documentation prior to field deployment.
Execute testing activities in coordination with Customer Field Teams (CFT) for non-standard trials and special operational requirements.
Conduct user training programs on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
Deliver online End User Equipment Certification (EUEC) and refresher training sessions as required.
Analyze and close Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tickets related to operator errors, ensuring proper corrective actions and user guidance.
Coordinate with R&D and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementation of corrective actions.
Capture and submit product feedback, observations, and improvement recommendations arising from field activities.
Maintain and submit field reports, test records, flight logs, training records, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all field operations.
Support customers during deployment, testing, and operational phases to ensure successful system utilization.
Travel to customer locations as required for trials, training, ATPs, and technical support activities.
