Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in designing mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for product development
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs
- Work on product improvements and design optimizations
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Prepare design documentation and reports
- Assist in material selection and manufacturing processes
- Perform basic simulations and analysis (if applicable)
- Troubleshoot design-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation of design iterations
- Support in product development lifecycle activities
- Stay updated with latest design tools and techniques
- Who can apply
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are available for a full-time (in-office) internship
- Can start the internship between 1st May 2026 and 1st July 2026
- Are available for a duration of 6 months
- Have strong interest in mechanical design and product development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
