## Roles & Responsibilities #### Project Lifecycle Management * Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. * Manage a wide range of projects, including: * Application and software development * Process improvement initiatives * Automation and digital transformation projects * Operational excellence initiatives * Compliance and system implementation projects * Cross-functional strategic programs * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. * Develop project plans, milestones, execution roadmaps, and progress trackers. * Monitor execution, manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely project delivery. * Establish governance frameworks, workflows, and operational controls for effective project management. * * * #### Business & Stakeholder Management * Serve the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. * Collaborate with business teams, department heads, vendors, technology partners, consultants, and external stakeholders. * Conduct project kick-off meetings, requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, and periodic project reviews. * Align business requirements with project execution and delivery. * Support leadership with project prioritization, feasibility assessments, implementation planning, and business case development. * * * #### Cross-Functional Coordination * Work closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Product, QA, Finance, HR, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, and other business functions. * Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and service providers. * Track project dependencies, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional activities to ensure smooth execution. * Drive accountability and timely completion of project tasks across teams. * * * #### Process Improvement & Operational Excellence * Identify workflow gaps and operational inefficiencies across business functions. * Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to improve productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, governance frameworks, and project documentation. * Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies. * * * #### Project Monitoring & Governance * Track project progress through dashboards, milestone reviews, status reports, and action trackers. * Maintain risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and escalation matrices. * Prepare MIS reports and executive dashboards for leadership review. * Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, timelines, and overall delivery performance. * Ensure proper documentation, version control, change management, and audit readiness. * * * #### Technology & System Implementation * Coordinate implementation of enterprise applications, workflow systems, dashboards, and digital transformation initiatives. * Collaborate with development teams, business users, and vendors during requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and go-live. * Support user training, adoption, post-implementation activities, and continuous system improvements. * Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, automation, and reporting platforms. * * * #### Compliance & Quality * Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks. * Maintain project documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal quality processes. * Coordinate with Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory teams wherever applicable. * * * ## Leadership & Communication * Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Escalate critical risks and issues with practical recommendations for resolution. * Promote structured project management practices, accountability, and execution excellence. * Mentor team members on project planning, coordination, reporting, and governance best practices. * * * ## Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines), Computer Applications, Business Management, or Operations**. * **3+ years of experience** in project management, business operations, process improvement, program coordination, application implementation, or cross-functional project execution. * Candidates with **1–2 years of relevant experience from premier engineering institutes** may also be considered. * Experience managing software development, enterprise applications, digital transformation, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives. * Strong understanding of project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, governance, task tracking, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience with workflow automation, ERP/CRM systems, business applications, dashboards, or process digitization is preferred. * Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders. * Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in compliance-driven or regulated environments is an advantage. * Certifications such as **PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma**, or equivalent are preferred. * * * ##
