Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Drone Pilot & Systems Engineer to support drone assembly, testing, flight operations, demonstrations, and training activities. The role requires expertise in drone systems, mission planning, and field deployments, along with the ability to conduct client demonstrations and deliver training programs for defence, government, and commercial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assemble, integrate, configure, test, and troubleshoot drone hardware and software systems. Conduct flight testing, performance optimization, and R&D trials for drone platforms. Plan and execute demonstrations, training programs, and field deployments across India. Train clients, including defence and police personnel, as well as internal and external trainees. Ensure all flight operations comply with DGCA regulations and company safety protocols. Maintain flight logs, maintenance records, and training documentation. Conduct pre-flight planning, site surveys, risk assessments, and coordinate operational logistics. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of drones and related equipment. Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on field experiences and testing insights. Represent the company professionally during demonstrations, evaluations, trainings, and client engagements. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in drone assembly, development, piloting, or field operations. Strong understanding of drone components, flight systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. Proficiency with mission planning software such as QGroundControl, Betaflight, Mission Planner, INAV, ArduPilot, or similar platforms. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate and DGCA Training License are preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Additional Requirements Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong ownership, problem-solving, and field coordination capabilities. Willingness to travel extensively across India for demonstrations, training sessions, and operational deployments.
