We are seeking a highly skilled IT Expert to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, security, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, network security, cloud technologies, and IT support to ensure seamless operations for our R&D teams.Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure & System Administration* Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations.* Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of network and system architecture.* Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for business continuity.1. Security & Compliance* Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.* Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with AS9000D, or other standards.* Implement and manage identity & access management (IAM) solutions.1. Cloud & Virtualization* Manage and optimize AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.* Oversee virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) for scalability and cost efficiency.* Support cloud migration strategies and DevOps practices.1. IT Support & Troubleshooting* Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues.* Manage IT asset inventory and procurement of hardware/software licenses.* Automate IT processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.1. Collaboration & Software Support* Work closely with R&D teams to ensure IT systems support software deployment and CI/CD pipelines.* Administer and manage tools like SVN, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.* Optimize database performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL).Required Skills & Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.* 7 to 12 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies.* Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server administration.* Experience with firewall management, network security, and VPN configurations.* Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.* Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Freshservice.* Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure support for development teams.
