About the Role ∙You will be responsible for driving the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives by implementing EHS policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting sustainable operational practices. ∙You need to work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure environmental compliance across operations. Roles & Responsibilities ∙Develop and deliver safety training and mock drills for employees to promote incident prevention. ∙Ensure reporting, analysis, and closure of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents. ∙Identify PPE requirements and ensure proper implementation and compliance. ∙Maintain and update fire hydrant systems and firefighting equipment. ∙Monitor and manage onsite hazardous waste disposal per approved guidelines. ∙Ensure fire hydrant water levels and pump house condition are maintained with logbook records. ∙Prepare and follow daily/weekly/monthly checklists for electrical, store, lifting equipment, fire, first aid, and other EHS safety requirements. ∙Ensure compliance with the work permit system and monitor safe execution of permitted activities. Key Skills ∙ESH documentation control and record management. ∙Fire safety auditing and identification of non-conformities. ∙Monitoring and follow-up of corrective actions to ensure timely closure and regulatory compliance
