About the Role You will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies that reduce risks, enhance operational efficiency, and support sustainable business practices. Providing guidance, training, and support to teams to maintain high standards of workplace safety and environmental compliance. Roles & Responsibilities • Lead and implement EHS programs to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance. • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations. • Deliver safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors. • Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and corrective action follow up. • Support emergency preparedness and environmental management activities. • Promote a proactive safety culture across teams and operations. Key Skills • Knowledge of EHS Tools like HAZOP, PSSR, HIRA, and JSA. • Knowledge of chemical compatibility, safe material handling, and storage.
