Mandrake Bio is a protein-design company building the next generation of programmable gene-editing enzymes. Its platform designs editors from scratch, pairing generative AI with first-principles biophysics and wet-lab validation to engineer the compactness, precision, and dynamic control that the highest-impact applications in agriculture and medicine demand. Areas we're actively growing:

• Genomics & sequencing analysis — NGS pipelines, variant calling, off-target/specificity analysis, metagenomics.
• Structural & protein bioinformatics — modeling, docking, MD, sequence-structure-function.
• Data engineering for biology — building the pipelines and infrastructure our models learn from.
• Editing analytics — quantifying editing outcomes, indels, and genomic integrity from experimental data.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Are fluent in scientific Python and comfortable with large biological datasets.
• Can build reproducible, scalable analysis pipelines.
