Project: A Multicentric Evaluation of Indian Population -Specific Tools for Antenatal Estimation of Gestational Age PI : Dr. Nitya Wadhwa No. of posts: One post Monthly consolidated emoluments: Rs. 50,000/- Age Limit: 35 years Date of walk -in written test/ interview: 14 th August 2026 Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science/ Data Science from a recognized university. OR Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application from a recognized university with at least two (2) years of post -qualification work experience in clinical data management. Essential experience: • Experience in Clinical Data Management, Database Administration. • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of Clinical Study Data Management documents. • Demonstrated experience in software validation and documentation. Desirable: • Working knowledge of clinical database development, knowledge of R/ Python/ STATA. • Sound IT skills, Knowledge of server & hardware maintenance. Job description/ Skills required: • The selected candidate will support the Data Manager in overseeing study data management, ensuring the timely delivery of key tasks while maintaining quality standards. This role also involves contributing to the mentoring and development of the data manag ement team. • Assist with central data management in coordination with the site team. • Help develop and implement data management standards and procedures, including data protection, security, and backup plans. • Contribute to creating, reviewing, and finalising the Data Management Plan (DMP) and working practice documents. • Assist in developing the edit checks documentation. • Participate in data management, query resolution, and data cleaning. • Generate timely reports to track study progress and identify non -compliance triggers. • Escalate triggers for variables critical to data quality. • Develop automations to reduce manual errors and turnaround times. • The candidate is expected to collaborate with the Data Manager in producing the Data Management Plan (DMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working plans, and in developing edit checks for the study or any new study assigned by the PI.
