Key Responsibilities
⚫ Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both software and hardware systems.
⚫ Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend using Selenium with Python or Java.
⚫ Perform system-level testing including functional, integration, regression, performance, and compatibility testing.
⚫ Collaborate with software, hardware, and quantum physics teams to ensure high test coverage and product quality.
⚫ Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work with developers to reproduce and resolve defects. ⚫ Conduct performance/load testing across various environments and capture non- functional issues.
⚫ Review code from a QA/testability perspective and participate in sprint planning and design discussions.
⚫ Ensure the product meets functional, security, and performance requirements aligned with customer expectations.
Required Skills
⚫ 5–7 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
⚫ Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on testing experience with routers, switches, protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.).
⚫ Proficiency in Selenium automation using Python or Java.
⚫ Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Pytest) and backend automation scripting.
⚫ Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
⚫ Exposure to Linux-based systems, network sniffers (Wireshark, tcpdump), and shell scripting.
⚫ Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
⚫ Hands-on experience testing hardware security modules, quantum/crypto products, or secure communication protocols.
⚫ Knowledge of cryptography, TLS/SSL, VPNs, or quantum-safe key exchanges
⚫ Interest or exposure to quantum technologies and willingness to adapt test methodologies accordingly.
