Key Responsibilities

- Develop training slides and video-based learning content
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts for accurate documentation
- Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
- Develop online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Review and update documentation based on product changes and feature updates
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to documentation standards
- Prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools, and related platforms
- Create documentation accessible for both technical and non-technical users
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in technical documentation for software and hardware products
- Expertise in creating User Manuals, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, and Training Materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF editors, and documentation tools
- Experience in creating training slides and videos
- Good understanding of cybersecurity products and software solutions
- Ability to convert technical information into simple, user-friendly language
