The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Director, US Go-to-Market) to lead the commercial marketing strategy and execution for Qure.ai's AI solutions across the US market, This is a strategic product marketing and go-to-market leadership role responsible for driving market adoption, commercial growth, and category leadership for one of the world's leading healthcare AI companies.

The Marketing Director will lead the US go-to-market strategy across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, medtech partners and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Working at the intersection of Product, Commercial, Clinical and Marketing, the role will translate customer insights, market dynamics and product capabilities into differentiated positioning, compelling value propositions and scalable commercial programs that accelerate growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will partner closely with Product, US Sales, Customer Success and Medical Affairs to shape commercialization strategies, support product launches, strengthen sales enablement and drive demand across priority customer segments, while collaborating with the global brand, PR, digital and communications teams to ensure high-quality execution and consistent messaging across all channels.

This is a high-impact opportunity to establish Qure.ai as the AI partner of choice for oncology and life sciences, while helping accelerate commercial adoption across the US healthcare ecosystem.

 

What You’ll Own & Drive

·      Strategize, design, and execute the US go-to-market strategy for Qure’s AI solutions in the US, including market segmentation, positioning, messaging, launch strategy and commercialization plans. Lead commercialization planning and product launches in partnership with Product, Sales and broader marketing/ PR teams.

·      Understand emerging themes in AI diagnostics, oncology & life sciences, translating customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trends into product positioning, messaging, sales enablement and commercial strategy. Own Qure's positioning, messaging and value proposition for the US market, ensuring differentiation across providers, pharma and life sciences customers. Prior experience of the healthcare industry is preferrable, not mandatory.

·      Develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns that support commercial goals, generate leads, and build brand awareness through trade media, advocacy events, digital outreach, and virtual engagements.

·      Engage and build strategic relationships- oncology & life sciences KOLs, advocacy groups, lung cancer screening programs, health systems, payors, and pharma/device companies — to drive adoption and market expansion.

·      Collaborate cross-functionally with US sales leadership, the wider global marketing team, and PR partners to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.

·      Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, continuously improving outcomes tied to pipeline growth, engagement, and adoption.

·      Lead and mentor marketing resources/vendors in the US as the function scales, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Qure’s brand values


Core Skills Required

·      8-10years  of marketing or strategy consulting experience, with a strong ability to craft compelling value and benefit messaging.

·      Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including provider networks, payors, and pharma/medtech landscape. 

·      Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, medtech or life sciences marketing, with demonstrated success bringing complex products to market. Prior experience of the healthcare industry is preferrable, not mandatory.

·      Experience in product marketing, commercialization or go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, product launches and sales enablement. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into market opportunities and drive pipeline growth.

·      Proven track record of working with in global clients and cross-cultural functional teams across varying seniority levels.

·      Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments (start-up/scale-up experience is a plus).

·      Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-performing teams.
