We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically sharp Financial Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of hands-on experience in GST compliance, TDS management, transfer pricing, and financial accounting. This role is critical to maintaining statutory compliance, ensuring accurate books of accounts, and supporting the finance leadership in reporting and audits.
GST Compliance
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C
Reconcile GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase registers and resolve mismatches
Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) utilisation and maintain up-to-date ITC registers
Respond to GST notices and support assessments; coordinate with GST consultants as required
Stay current with GST amendments, circulars, and notifications and ensure timely implementation
TDS / TCS Compliance
Deduct TDS correctly across applicable sections — 194C, 194J, 194I, 192, 194Q, etc.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) on the TRACES portal
Issue TDS certificates (Form 16 / 16A) to employees and vendors within statutory timelines
Reconcile TDS payable with General Ledger and resolve mismatches with TRACES
Handle TDS notices, defaults, and corrections on TRACES / Income Tax portal
Transfer Pricing
Maintain contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation for inter-company transactions
Assist in preparation of Transfer Pricing study and benchmarking analysis (CUP, TNMM, CPM etc.)
Coordinate with TP consultants for Form 3CEB filings and TP audit support
Track related-party transactions across jurisdictions and ensure arm's-length compliance
Support in responding to TP assessments and advance pricing arrangement queries
Financial Accounting
Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Ind AS / IGAAP as applicable
Process and post journal entries — accruals, provisions, prepayments, depreciation
Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and vendor/customer account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes — P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance
Manage fixed asset register — additions, disposals, depreciation schedules (Schedule II)
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and provide required schedules and MIS
Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly financial MIS reports for management review
Track accounts payable and receivable ageing and flag exceptions
Assist in preparation of Board and investor-ready financial packages
Support budgeting and variance analysis as required by finance leadership

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / B.Com Hons) or Master's in Commerce (M.Com)
CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounts, or taxation
Prior experience in a startup, technology company, or Big 4 / mid-tier CA firm is preferred
Hands-on experience filing returns on GSTIN portal and TRACES
Exposure to transfer pricing documentation and Form 3CEB filing is an advantage
