We’re looking for a people-first, detail-oriented HR and Admin Associate to run the engine room of our HR operations. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Assist end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, documentation, confirmations, role changes, and exits.
Ensure HR records, employee files, and data are accurate and up to date on HRMS/HRIS.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Talent Acquisition Support
Support hiring efforts including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal celebrations.
Assist in rolling out employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action tracking.
Coordinate rewards, recognition, and milestone celebrations.
Learning & Development
Support training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives.
Track participation, feedback, and training effectiveness.
Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
Support audits and basic compliance documentation.
Administrative & Office Operations
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management, ensuring a smooth, safe, and well-functioning workplace.
Manage vendor relationships including housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, repair & maintenance, and other service providers.

Handle procurement of office supplies and assets, track inventory, and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics support for employees, leadership, and visitors as required.
Provide first-level coordination for IT infrastructure and assets (laptops, access cards, software licenses, connectivity), in collaboration with internal IT or external partners.
Maintain and update MIS, administrative trackers, asset registers, and vendor documentation.
Support statutory, compliance, and audit-related administrative documentation as needed.
Assist with office events, employee engagement activities, and internal logistics.
Act as a go-to support for other ad-hoc administrative and operational requirements to keep business operations running seamlessly
2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a generalist HR role.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment.
Good communication skills and a people-centric mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exposure to fast-growing tech or engineering organizations.
Experience supporting engagement programs or culture initiatives.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
