This role will work closely with leadership and business teams to ensure contracts, compliance, and legal frameworks enable scale, innovation, and global collaboration in the space-tech ecosystem.

Support compliance with Indian and international legal and regulatory regimes, including corporate laws, contract and civil law principles, and space-sector–related frameworks.
Collaborate with Finance and leadership on transaction-related legal due diligence, risk assessments, and documentation for investments, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with leadership, HR, business, engineering, and operations teams to provide practical legal inputs that support informed decision-making.
Build, standardize, and continuously improve contract templates, legal playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories to improve efficiency and consistency.
Assist in managing and safeguarding intellectual property assets, including contractual protections for digital, technical, and physical deliverables.
Own and manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, using legal-tech tools and automation platforms where applicable.
Conduct legal research and analysis on evolving international policies, regulations, and treaties relevant to space, satellite services, and emerging technologies.
Contribute to internal compliance programs, reviews, and awareness initiatives, including trainings and audits.
Provide ad-hoc legal support on strategic, operational, and governance matters as the organization scales.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized university.
3–5 years of post-qualification experience, either in a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team; experience in technology, aerospace, or space-adjacent sectors is a strong plus.
Demonstrated strength in contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance advisory.
Working knowledge or exposure to Space Law, International Law, and UN or multilateral frameworks is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal complexity into business-friendly guidance.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and tight timelines.
Genuine interest in space technology, innovation-led businesses, and global regulatory developments.
Opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and space innovation.
High-ownership role with exposure to leadership and strategic initiatives.
Dynamic environment where legal is a business enabler, not just a support function.
