Overview: We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in machine learning and the development of new algorithms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive business innovation and efficiencies. This role requires a strong understanding of ML algorithms, model building, and production deployment processes, along with experience working with images. Responsibilities: ● Design and develop machine learning models to solve business problems. ● Research, design, and implement new machine learning algorithms. ● Perform data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering. ● Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines. ● Deploy and manage models in production environments. ● Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers. ● Work with image data and apply computer vision techniques. ● Monitor model performance and implement improvements. ● Research and implement best practices and new technologies. ● Provide mentorship to junior team members and interns. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. ● Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. ● Proven experience in the development of new machine learning algorithms. ● Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). ● Experience working with image data and computer vision techniques. ● Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML deployment. ● Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. ● Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools. ● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
