As a Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of our internal and external communication strategies. Your role will involve crafting clear and compelling messages, managing communication channels, and ensuring the seamless flow of information within the company and to our stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the community.
• Pitch stories and manage press inquiries.
• Manage the company's internal newsletter and other communication channels.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for media and public appearances.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports.
• Work with marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
• Assist with crisis management and proactive communications planning.
**Must Have:**
• Serious writing chops: **writing samples required**
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or equivalent in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in technology sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate and network with anyone
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and media avenues
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and photography/videography.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
