Tonbo imaging is seeking a systems engineer with hands on experience in evaluating advanced Electro Optical Systems. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of optics and electro optics. The position is for the systems team tasked to define test, evaluation strategies and the corresponding planning and execution. The candidate should have the ability to develop, lead and execute effective verification approaches for EO/IR
Desired skills include -
1. Designs and development of unique solutions for assessing system performance
2. Experience in developing detailed test requirements, plans, and procedures based on product design and system requirements
3. Generate test equipment requirements and test configurations, interfaces, and special fixtures necessary to meet the test requirements
4. Extensive design, debug and troubleshooting skills for debugging imaging systems.
5. Execute test operations such that all tests are completed in accordance with the defined test procedures and standard processes
6. Experience in using oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers and other test equipment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electronics, Computer science, Optics, Maths, Physics, or related technical discipline)
2. Experience in working in design to manufacture environment
3. experience in system level evaluation strategies requiring an understanding of mechanics and electronics including system specification flow-down is strongly preferred
