**Job description :**
We are looking for a capable and self-motivated SharePoint Developer/Administrator to optimize and manage our SharePoint Online implementation.
You will be the primary owner of our SharePoint environments including our corporate intranet and Power automations. You will be managing site collections, sites, and document libraries, as well as developing shared storage strategies.
You will develop flows, custom dashboards, identify automation opportunities, and custom web parts to facilitate efficient use of the Sharepoint implementation.
To ensure success as a SharePoint developer, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint online features, functionalities such as workflows, forms, power automate, power apps etc. to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.
**Responsibilities:**
• Integrate applications, create, and maintain automations and flows, custom web parts
• Manage, automate, and audit Access permissions and policies
• Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
• Providing SharePoint support and end-user training
• Assisting with data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing and automating data management tasks
• Reviewing usage and activity reports ensuring an optimized user-experience
• Understand business requirements and translate them to effective Sharepoint solutions
• Implementing, and maintaining security controls, including Data Loss Prevention policies, consistent with Tonbo’ s security objectives
• Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Power Apps, as well as
familiarity with SQL Server, Power apps, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery etc.
• In-depth knowledge of MS365 and SharePoint Online features and functionality, such as access controls, workflows, forms, approvals, etc
• Understanding of Microsoft best practices
• General expertise with web technologies used for application integrations such as the proper and secure use of Application Programming interfaces (APIs)
• A balanced security mindset toward minimizing risks to data and systems while performing other job functions
• Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
**Education and Experience:**
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
• Relevant Sharepoint developer and administrator certifications
• 4-5 years of experience as a SharePoint developer/administrator.
