Preferred Experience Relevant experience in RF systems or datalink testing (freshers with strong RF lab projects encouraged)
Basic understanding of RF fundamentals, antennas, and transmission lines
Exposure to RF measurement setups and instrumentation
Familiarity with UAV communication systems is a plus
**Compliance Awareness:** Familiarity with aerospace communication standards (DO-160, MIL-STD)
**Growth Potential:** Interest in learning advanced RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, CST)

Key Responsibility Areas* **RF Lab Setup & Testing**
* Set up RF lab test environments and measurement setups
* Operate RF instruments (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope)
* Perform RF cable and connector assembly
* **Antenna Performance & Tuning**
* Measure antenna performance (VSWR, return loss)
* Assist in hardware tuning and optimization feedback
* **Automation & Scripting**
* Develop basic automated test scripts using Python
* Support data collection and analysis for RF performance
* **Documentation & Reporting**
* Maintain test procedures, logs, and reports
* Prepare integration manuals and technical documentation
* **Field Deployment Support**
* Assist in field deployment and RF system setup
* Provide hands-on support during integration and validation campaigns
