Preferred Experience 5–7 years of experience in Engineering Project Management Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and certification processes Experience in aerospace or UAV programs preferred Knowledge of scheduling methodologies and project execution frameworks **Compliance Awareness:** Familiarity with AS9100D and aerospace quality management systems **Risk Management:** Ability to develop risk registers and mitigation strategies **Leadership:** Experience mentoring junior project coordinators and engineers **Innovation:** Exposure to digital project dashboards and workflow automation Required Skill Sets & Tools* **Planning & Scheduling:** MS Project, Primavera P6 * **Agile Tools:** JIRA * **ERP Systems:** SAP, Odoo * **Data Analysis:** MS Excel * Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering / Project Management PMP / Prince2 certification preferred Key Responsibility Areas* **Planning & Scheduling** * Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 * Execute Critical Path Method (CPM) planning * Maintain Gantt charts and timelines for visibility * **Agile & Execution** * Lead Agile/Scrum planning and sprint execution * Track cross-functional dependencies * Ensure timely delivery of milestones * Drive iterative progress reviews and backlog prioritization * **Resource & Cost Management** * Manage resource allocation and levelling across teams * Track BOM costs and procurement timelines * Resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and vendor coordination * **Cross-Functional Coordination** * Track inter-team dependencies across aerodynamics, mechanical, electronics, and software * Ensure seamless coordination between engineering and operations * **Testing & Campaign Planning** * Plan and coordinate flight test campaigns and environmental testing (ESS) * Align test readiness with certification and compliance requirements * **Cost & Procurement Tracking** * Monitor BOM cost and budget alignment * Identify and resolve procurement bottlenecks * Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely delivery * **Reporting & KPIs** * Track and report KPIs, schedule performance, and resource utilization * Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
