Job Code: CoE-EL-PCB-M-001 Experience: 5 - 7 Years Location: One-Hub, Thiruporur No of Openings: 1 Date of Post: 03-Apr-2026 Applicants: 1 Preferred Experience Relevant experience in PCB design / hardware development Strong knowledge of: * High-speed design * Embedded systems * Power electronics Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and aerospace hardware qualification standards (DO-160, MIL-STD) Exposure to UAV avionics or aerospace-grade electronic systems Reliability Engineering: Knowledge of thermal management, derating, and lifecycle analysis for aerospace electronics Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with AS9100D and aerospace quality management systems Innovation: Exposure to advanced PCB technologies (HDI, rigid-flex, embedded components) Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews Required Skill Sets & Tools * PCB Tools: Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro * SI/PI Analysis: HyperLynx * CAD Sync (Mechanical Coordination): Siemens NX * Manufacturing Outputs: Gerber, ODB++ packages Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics / Electrical Engineering Key Responsibility Areas * Schematic & Layout Design * Develop complex schematics and multi-layer PCBs (8+ layers) * Perform impedance-controlled routing for high-speed signals * Manage ECAD libraries and component databases * Signal & Power Integrity * Conduct Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis using HyperLynx * Optimize Power Distribution Networks (PDN) for stability and efficiency * Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC requirements * Advanced Hardware Design * Perform FPGA/microcontroller fanout and routing * Integrate RF traces and antenna layouts into PCB designs * Design custom ESCs and Power Distribution Boards (PDBs) * Manufacturing Outputs & Support * Generate Gerber files and ODB++ packages * Support PCB fabrication and assembly processes * Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturability and cost optimization
