**Job Code:** CoE-AS-SI-M-001 **Experience:** 5 - 7 Years **Location:** One-Hub, Thiruporur **No of Openings:** 1 **Date of Post:** 03-Apr-2026 **Applicants:** 7 Preferred Experience Relevant experience in integration / assembly / systems engineering Strong knowledge of UAV systems and subsystem integration workflows Experience with wiring harness design, EMI/EMC-compliant routing, and assembly practices Exposure to environmental stress screening (ESS) and system validation campaigns Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks (AS9100D, MIL-STD) Required Skill Sets & Tools* **CAD:** SolidWorks * **ERP / MES:** SAP, Odoo * **Data:** MS Excel * Strong documentation and process control skills Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace Engineering Key Responsibility Areas* **Prototype Assembly & Integration** * Lead advanced UAV prototype assembly and integration * Define and validate assembly SOPs and processes * Integrate avionics, payload systems, and power systems * **Wiring & Harness Design Support** * Optimize wire length, gauge, and routing strategies * Review 3D harness routing in CAD using SolidWorks * Implement EMI/EMC-compliant cable routing practices * **Testing & Validation** * Execute ground testing and system validation * Prepare systems for ESS testing (vibration/shock isolation readiness) * Support troubleshooting during test campaigns * **Documentation & Process Control** * Generate and validate SOPs and work instructions * Ensure repeatability, build quality, and compliance with standards * **Cross-Functional Coordination** * Liaise with design (mechanical/electrical), manufacturing, and QA teams * Participate in PDR/CDR design reviews * Drive integration readiness and issue resolution
