About VECROS: At VECROS Technologies, we’re redefining the future of aerial intelligence. Our drones and autonomous systems are built to solve real-world challenges in logistics, surveillance, and industrial operations. We’re looking for innovators who can push the limits of what machines can perceive and understand.

Role Overview: As a Computer Vision Engineer at VECROS, you’ll design and implement real-time perception systems for drones. You’ll work closely with our hardware, AI, and robotics teams to develop algorithms that enable our platforms to detect, track, and navigate intelligently in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Develop and deploy computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, and localization.
 • Work with sensor data (camera, LiDAR, depth sensors) for real-time perception and mapping.

 Good to Have:
 • Experience with Livox LiDAR or other 3D sensors.
 • Knowledge of computer vision for aerial imagery or autonomous navigation.
 • Contributions to open-source CV or robotics projects.

 Why Join VECROS?
 • Be part of a fast-growing team building India’s next-gen drone ecosystem.
 • Work on cutting-edge AI and robotics challenges with real-world impact.
 • Freedom to experiment, innovate, and lead your own vision-driven projects.

Requirements

 Required Skills & Experience:
 • Implement visual SLAM, structure-from-motion, and scene understanding pipelines.
 • Optimize vision models for edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
 • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate perception modules into drone systems.
 • Conduct field testing, validation, and performance tuning in realworld drone scenarios.
 • Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Robotics, or related field.
 • Strong proficiency in Python/C++ and OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
 • Experience with 3D vision, SLAM, stereo/depth processing, or multi-sensor fusion.
 • Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, Jetson platforms, and real-time inference optimization (TensorRT, ONNX).
 • Understanding of drone dynamics, navigation, and embedded AI is a strong plus.
