* Good understanding of principles of fluid dynamics & underlying physics in fluid products, especially turbomachinery like pumps, Turbines, compressors & turbochargers etc.
* Product development – (a) Components sizing from 1st principles based on hydraulic & strength requirements (b) Design and performance verification techniques & (c) Understanding of physical significance of each design parameter.
* Well-versed with Free body diagrams.
* Prototyping and testing concept designs and initial engineering builds
* Good Mathematics

* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
* Professionalism and team work.
