We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who enjoy building, troubleshooting, and working with cutting-edge drone technology. ## Job Summary We are seeking a Drone Integration Technician to join our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, integrating, and testing various drone subsystems, which includes electrical harnesses, propulsion systems, spray systems, and flight electronics. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about hands-on engineering and eager to build a career in the UAV industry. ## Key Responsibilities ### Electrical Integration * Prepare and assemble electrical wiring harnesses. * Perform connector crimping, soldering, and cable routing. * Verify electrical connections using appropriate test equipment. ### Mechanical Assembly * Assemble drone frames and structural components. * Install motors landing gear, payload mounts, and other hardware. * Ensure proper alignment and fastening of all mechanical assemblies. ### Spray System Integration * Assemble and install pumps, tubing, filters, flow sensors, and spray nozzles. * Perform leak testing and verify spray system functionality. * Troubleshoot plumbing and flow-related issues. ### Electronics Integration * Install flight controllers, GPS modules, telemetry systems, RC receivers, and other onboard electronics. * Connect and secure sensors and peripheral devices. * Perform basic calibration and functional verification. ### Testing & Quality Control * Conduct pre-delivery inspection and functional testing. * Perform electrical continuity checks and system verification. * Identify, diagnose, and rectify assembly issues. * Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. ### Documentation * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Record assembly and testing data. * Report component shortages, defects, and quality concerns. ## Qualifications ### Required * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or related disciplines. * Freshers are encouraged to apply. * Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply. ### Required Skills * Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments. * Basic soldering and connector crimping skills. * Familiarity with multimeters and continuity testing. * Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings. * Good attention to detail and workmanship. ### Preferred Skills * Experience working on drones, RC aircraft, or robotics projects. * Experience assembling electrical harnesses. * Knowledge of Li-ion/LiPo battery handling. * Basic understanding of embedded systems or Linux is an added advantage. ## Personal Attributes * Strong willingness to learn. * Responsible and disciplined work ethic. * Ability to troubleshoot practical engineering problems. * Team player with good communication skills. * Ability to work independently when required. ## Work Location Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Head Office) Travel: Should be willing to travel to customer sites, testing locations, and company facilities across India as required.
